Small Group Strength Training classes will use bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells to get you full body strong. Workouts are designed by a physical therapist using a progressive overload training method (which is just a fancy way of saying you’re guaranteed to get stronger every week so you can push your little one in the swing higher than your partner can).
Tues/Thurs at 9:30am
Mat pilates will improve flexibility, mobility and full body strength with a special focus on core and pelvic floor. Taught by a physical therapist, we’ll focus on the smaller stability muscles to support your joints. Perfect supplement for strength training sessions!
Saturdays at 9:15am
Your first class is FREE and ALL fitness levels are welcome!

The Strength Squad is a monthly strength membership and community for women who want to lift weights and feel strong and athletic in their bodies again.
Membership includes:
three strength training workouts every week using dumbbells or kettlebells delivered through the TrueCoach app
one pilates/mobility workout every week to optimize recovery and focus on core strength delivered through the TrueCoach app
unlimited access to virtual and in-person classes
access to our community of awesome women for accountability, motivation and support!
