Classes

Small Group Strength Training classes will use bodyweight, dumbbells or kettlebells to get you full body strong. Workouts are designed by a physical therapist using a progressive overload training method (which is just a fancy way of saying you’re guaranteed to get stronger every week so you can push your little one in the swing higher than your partner can).
Mat pilates will improve flexibility, mobility and full body strength with a special focus on core and pelvic floor. Taught by a physical therapist, we’ll focus on the smaller stability muscles to support your joints. Perfect supplement for strength training sessions!

Strength Squad Membership

The Strength Squad is a monthly strength and fitness membership for women who want to feel strong and athletic in their bodies again without pain or pelvic floor issues.
Membership includes:
three full body strength workouts designed by physical therapist Dr. Sam using resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells guaranteed to get you stronger so you can keep up with your littles and be the active, energetic mom you know you’re meant to be.
access to all workouts through an easy-to-use app so all you have to do is pull up the workout and get it done whenever works with YOUR schedule and you no longer waste precious brain space wondering what workout to do.
opportunities for Dr. Sam to review your exercise form so you feel confident deadlifting and doing push-ups and no longer have to wonder if you’re doing it right or worry about hurting yourself.
access to additional content, tools and exercises to address common aches and pains moms face (how to heal back pain, SI joint pain, neck pain, prolapse, etc).
access to an incredible community of virtual gym buddies getting stronger together to help you stay motivated and accountable.
