1:1 SERVICES

Single Sessions

$200/session

A single treatment session customized to your needs to help you get rid of your pain and pelvic floor issues so you can move better and feel GOOD.

6 Week
Program

$1111 ($185/session)

6-weeks of physical therapy to resolve one pain or pelvic floor issue so you can get back to running and lifting weights.

    • 6 Weekly sessions with your physical therapist that may include manual therapy, rehab, pilates, and/or strength training exercises to help you get rid of your pain and/or pelvic floor issues.

    • Customized exercises that fit in your current workout routine.

    • Guidance on how to continue your current workouts while you work through your pain or pelvic floor issues.

16 Week
Postpartum Recovery Program

$2,640 or
four payments of $680

Individualized postpartum recovery plan designed to support healing and get you back to lifting weights without pain or pelvic floor issues holding you back, so you can feel like your strong, badass self again.

    • 16 Weekly sessions with your physical therapist

    • pelvic floor and/or c-section assessment

    • diastasis recti assessment

    • combo of manual therapy, core and pelvic floor rehab exercises, pilates, and strength training exercises to help you heal and feel like your strong, badass self again.

    • Individualized full body workout program focusing on core and pelvic floor healing tailored to your specific goals (it’s like a pelvic floor physical therapist and personal trainer in one).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sessions are 45 minutes each. You will do the additional exercises and workouts on your own time. We’ll work together to create a program that fits your lifestyle - whether it’s 10 minutes a day, 30 minutes a few times per week, or an hour 5 days/week, we tailor your exercise programs based on your individual goals and realistic time preferences. 

  • Most of our clients have tried traditional physical therapy approaches and come to us looking for the next step. We help you bridge the gap between your rehab and fitness - meaning we don’t just stop when your symptoms are gone. Not only do we give you the tools to resolve your pain and pelvic floor issues, but we also serve as your personal trainers to help you take the next step in your fitness journey, feel stronger than you ever have, and feel confident getting back to the workouts you love. 

  • Absolutely! We love working with folks who are new to strength training - especially women. Whether you’ve never picked up a kettlebell before, or it’s been at least 10 years since you did any type of strength training, we’ll take the intimidation and fear out of it so you can feel like a badass lifting weights on your own and feel confident in your form. If you're BRAND NEW to strength training, we recommend at least a few 1:1 sessions first before diving into group classes.

  • You don’t have to, but trust us…you’re gonna feel so good and so strong, you’re going to want to at least try ;) We work with clients of ALL fitness levels - from CrossFit athletes to strength training newbies. In our 1:1 programs, we use a variety of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells as well. We’ll never make you do something you don’t want to do, but our job is to challenge you in a way you wouldn’t challenge yourself…and lifting a barbell just might be part of that. In our group classes and Strength Squad membership, we only use dumbbells and kettlebells, but if you have experience with barbells, you can absolutely modify the workouts to use that instead.

  • You’ll be amazed how much we can see on camera! In our 1:1 virtual sessions, we give you feedback and cues to make sure your form is on point. We also review what went well for the week, what didn’t, and make any adjustments to your program to make sure you’re progressing every week. You’ll have a customized workout program delivered through an app that is tailored to your body and your goals that you do on your own time. You’ll also have access to text your PT in between your weekly sessions in case we need to make adjustments to your program mid-week.

  • We meet every week for 12 weeks either in-person or virtually. On the first visit, we’ll do a thorough intake review of your symptoms, medical history, goals and holistic health picture. We’ll do a mobility and movement assessment to identify what’s causing your symptoms and create a plan. You’ll get a customized exercise program delivered through the TrueCoach app which will have exercise demonstrations and specific instructions and cues to guide you through your workouts. The workouts will consist of a combination of rehab exercises, pilates and strength training exercises specific to your body’s needs and goals. 

  • Lifting weights is part of our method to help you get stronger. If you want your 30 pound toddler to feel light, you need to work up to consistently lifting more than 30 pound weights. We highly recommend having weights at home or access to a gym. 

  • We are in-network with Regence and can bill them for single physical therapy sessions. For all other insurance companies, it’s worth checking your out-of-network benefits! We can provide you with a receipt called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note - we can only bill for physical therapy services and not personal training services or group classes.
