This 8-week small group series is for women who want to lift weights in a safe, supportive environment under the guidance of a physical therapist. Dr. Sam, pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach will coach you through strength training workouts blending dumbbells, kettlebells and pilates-based exercises for core and pelvic floor health. ALL fitness levels are welcome. Limited spots available.
Meets Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Fridays at 6:30am.
