I’m Dr. Sam,

I’m a holistic physical therapist, strength coach, back pain and pelvic floor specialist obsessed with coffee, kettlebells and helping women feel STRONG.

Going through my own chronic back pain and pelvic floor journey completely changed my perspective as a physical therapist and led me down a path of exploring different treatment techniques and methods I realized were missing from the traditional PT model we learned in school. I’ve collected nearly a decade of advanced professional learning and personal experience to help you get better, faster. 

My passion is helping you feel GOOD in your body so you can unleash your best, strongest self and live your happiest, healthiest, most fulfilling life.
